We can also explain exactly which AI crypto signals, risk alerts and portfolio features are included in each subscription, so you only pay for the tools you will actually use in your trading.

Technical support and exchange connections

If you need help connecting a read-only API key, understanding a crypto signal or configuring your daily loss limits, our support team is here to help. Include your account email, the exchange you are connecting and a short description of the issue so we can resolve it quickly. For your security, never send us your exchange password, withdrawal-enabled API keys, private keys or wallet seed phrase, because TraderCryptos will never ask for them.
